O.S.I. offers its expertise—which covers the full range of property management services—to both the Palladium Group and external clients.

The tasks entrusted to O.S.I. range from the simplest to the most complex requests and are always carried out with the same attention to detail, whether for the Group or for third parties:

• Rental Management – Property Management: setting rent, tenant screening, technical management, service charge management, rent collection, insurance claim management, legal and tax advice.
• Real Estate Transactions: appraisal and valuation of properties (offices, residential units, retail spaces, etc.), technical inspections (asbestos, lead, heating, and gas), advertising (print and online), and supporting the client through to the signing of the notarized deed.
• Property Management Services: bookkeeping, requests for funds and management of common expenses, technical and legal advice, and organizing general meetings.
